Here’s an easy way to add a little protein to a lunch of steamed veggies.
- 1 can organic lentils, no salt
- 1/4 yellow onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1Tbls. Spike
Blend all ingredients in the Vitamix on high speed, until the sauce is heated (about 4-5 minutes). Pour over steamed veggies and enjoy!
