Sailor’s Delight

Today we booked a trip to sail in the Caribbean this fall. As I booked the trip, my husband grabbed the rum and whipped up this yummy creation. I feel like I’m already in the islands….

• 1 banana
• 1″ fresh organic pineapple (cut as a horizontal slice from a fresh pineapple)
• 1/2″ Organic Creamed Coconut (we buy this from Amazon)
• 2 oz coconut rum
• 2 cups ice

Blend together in the Vitamix and pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg as a garnish. Drink and enjoy!
