This morning I got creative with miscellaneous ingredients I found in the fridge. Don’t let the brownish color fool you- this smoothie is yummy!
- 1 bunch red grapes
- 1 handful of red beet tops (leaves)
- 1 peach
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup ice (add after initial blending)
Blend in Vitamix for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Add ice, blend for another 15 seconds, serve and enjoy!
