This morning I got creative with miscellaneous ingredients I found in the fridge. Don’t let the brownish color fool you- this smoothie is yummy!

  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 1 handful of red beet tops (leaves)
  • 1 peach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup ice (add after initial blending)

Blend in Vitamix for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Add ice, blend for another 15 seconds, serve and enjoy!
